Lisa McClain

Lisa McClain was born and raised in Stockbridge, Michigan and graduated from Northwood University with a degree in Business.  She went to work for American Express Financial Services and spent over 10 years with them.

She left American Express and helped found Hantz Financial Services in 1998.  As one of the first seven employees of the firm, she has been instrumental in building it from the ground up to what it is today – a firm that has employed thousands, with over 700 current employees, 50,000 plus clients, and 30 plus locations.  Hantz has expanded into other community focused areas including the Hantz Foundation and Hantz Farms.

Lisa led the formation of the Macomb District 43-1B Drug Court by founding the North End Support Team.  She still serves as President of this organization which gives non-violent first-time offenders an opportunity to rehabilitate themselves and build productive lives.

Lisa has lived in the 10th Congressional District (Bruce Township currently) for about 20 years, and is married to Mike.  With the youngest of their four children now a Senior in High School, Lisa has turned her attention to public service and declared her candidacy for Congress in MI-10 on October 28, 2019.
